Step 1 - Whether your picture frame uses a wire or saw tooth bar, hang your picture on the Wall-Saver and move the picture around on the wall, until you are satisfied that the picture is hanging exactly where you want it to be.
Step 2 -Then you gently push Wall-Saver against the wall and twist your wrist so the precisely located conical point makes a small but easy to find depression in the wall. This is the placement point for your nail.
