 Installing
the Squeak-Relief brace is a simple 60
second process. All braces now
come with the Quick-tack holding pin for
simplifying the installation and
positioning of the machined aluminum
brace. Click

installation virtually foolproof,
each brace is precision machined to
guarantee the exact depth and position of
the screws. And with each of the screws (1
1/4" and 3") having a different
diameter (thickness), you can only insert
the correct screw into the correct hole,
making it virtually impossible to screw
it up (pun intended!).
 What makes Squeak-Relief
so effective is that the brace and screws
(all working at a 30 degree angle)
actually pull and lock the floor in
position. Once you eliminate the
movement, you eliminate the root cause of
all squeaks. Not only does the Squeak
Relief floor brace cntrol the angle and
depth of screw penetration for maximum
bonding strength, it also incorporates
our exclusive "Micro-shim™"
which helps eliminate any excessive play
between the floor and joist.
With
Squeak-Relief, pre-drilling is never
required and under normal circumstances,
it should only take one brace to make a
repair. The SR-100 kit contains 2 braces
and screws for completing 2 seperate
repair jobs.
